Microsoft Buys Skype -- Coming To Xbox 360 & Kinect

After a day of rumors, it has finally been confirmed --  Microsoft has bought VOIP chat service Skype for $8.5 billion. They also confirmed via today's press release that, "Skype will support Microsoft devices like Xbox and Kinect, Windows Phone and a wide array of Windows devices, and Microsoft will connect Skype users with Lync, Outlook, Xbox Live and other communities."
